Karen Receives Connecticut Citizen Action Group (CCAG) Endorsement!

Karen Martin is proud to receive the endorsement of the Connecticut Citizen Action Group (CCAG) in her campaign for State Representative.

“I am grateful to CCAG for its endorsement and confidence in our campaign,” Karen said. “East Haven residents deserve a representative who will put their needs ahead of powerful special interests and stand up for consumers, working families, and accountable government.”

CCAG is a statewide, membership-based organization that engages Connecticut residents through community organizing, legislative advocacy, research, coalition building, and public action. Its work focuses on consumer protection, affordable healthcare, economic justice, a strong democracy, and a healthier, more sustainable Connecticut.

Karen shares CCAG’s commitment to making government work for everyday people. Her priorities include lowering costs for families, protecting consumers from unfair practices, increasing transparency and accountability, expanding access to affordable healthcare, safeguarding the environment, and ensuring that residents—not powerful corporations or special interests—have a meaningful voice in the decisions affecting their lives.

“Public service should always begin with listening to the people we represent,” Karen said. “As State Representative, I will work for practical, people-first policies that protect East Haven families and build a fairer, healthier, and more sustainable future.”
